We describe each listing in good faith and check it against the documents provided before publication. Even so, property details should be independently verified before you enter into any contract. Areas and measurements shown on the site are indicative and should not be relied on as survey-accurate.

Prices

A price shown on a listing is a guide price, not an offer to sell or let at that figure, and it remains subject to change until a contract is signed.

Availability

Listings that have been sold or rented remain visible on the site for reference and are clearly marked as such. They are not available for a new transaction.

Your responsibilities

When you contact us or submit an enquiry, the details you give us must be accurate. You may not use this site to harvest listings, contact details or other content for a purpose unrelated to finding or offering a property here.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, TopHomes is not liable for losses arising from your reliance on information on this site, or from a transaction entered into with a listing owner. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive venue of the courts of Iloilo City.
