This policy explains what HOMARO collects when you use this website, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to everyone who browses listings, submits an enquiry, or signs in as staff.

Who we are

This website is operated by TopHomes, trading as HOMARO, of 2nd floor, Ardelina Building, Jalandoni St, Iloilo City Proper, Iloilo City, 5000. For any question about this policy or about information we hold on you, write to info@homaroiloilo.com.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry about a property, we collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number and message.
• A record that you consented to this collection, and the time you gave it.

If you sign in as staff, a session cookie keeps you signed in between requests; this cookie is not used to track visitors who are not staff.

Why

We use this information to answer your enquiry. We do not use it for anything beyond that purpose.

Consent

Submitting the enquiry form with the consent copy shown is how we record your consent under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). The timestamp of that consent is stored against your enquiry.

Who else sees it

Nobody. Your information is held on this business's own database and is not passed to any advertising network, analytics provider or other third party. There is currently no third-party processor of any kind connected to this site.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as it remains open, and for a further period afterwards in case you follow up or we need the record for our own accounts. We have not yet fixed an exact number of days for that further period; if you would like your enquiry removed sooner, write to info@homaroiloilo.com and we will action it.

Your rights under RA 10173

The Data Privacy Act of 2012 gives you the right to be informed about how your data is processed, to object to processing, to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it erased or blocked, to claim damages for a proven violation, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised; if we make a material change, we will update that date.
