Real estate in Pavia, Iloilo

Pavia is one of the smallest municipalities in Iloilo — roughly 2,700 hectares across 18 barangays — and one of the fastest-growing. It sits directly north of Iloilo City, is entirely flat, has no coastline, and is crossed by the Aganan and Tigum rivers. Its position on the road out of the city has made it a commercial stop as much as a residential one, with Robinsons Pavia and a number of larger businesses along the highway.
