Real estate in Passi, Iloilo

Passi is the only component city in Iloilo province and sits in the middle of Panay, which is why it calls itself the Sweet City in the Heart of Panay. The land around it grows pineapple, sugarcane, rice, corn and coconut, and the pineapple plantations in particular are what the city is known for across the region. The Pintados de Passi festival, drawing on the Visayan tradition of body painting, is held every third week of March.
