Real estate in Mandurriao, Iloilo City

Mandurriao is where most of Iloilo City's recent building has happened. Iloilo Business Park, Megaworld's 72-hectare mixed-use district, was developed on the site of the old Mandurriao Airport after the property was acquired in 2007, and now holds offices, hotels, Festive Walk Mall and the Iloilo Convention Center. Ayala Land's 32-hectare Atria Park District sits immediately to its west. Between them they have moved the city's commercial centre of gravity out of the old downtown, and the surrounding streets have changed with it.
