Real estate in Iloilo, Western Visayas

Iloilo province occupies the southeastern part of Panay Island, wrapping around Iloilo City and running from the coastal towns west of the capital up into the rice-growing interior. It is one of the more urbanised provinces in Western Visayas, and the towns nearest the city — Oton, Pavia, Leganes, Santa Barbara, San Miguel — have grown considerably as commuters have moved outward. Further north and east the province is agricultural, with Passi City at its centre.
