Real estate in Guimaras, Western Visayas

Guimaras is the island province between Panay and Negros, reached by ferry from Iloilo City in well under an hour. It is best known nationally for its mangoes, and it is small — a handful of municipalities, no large city — which is much of its appeal. It forms part of Metro Iloilo–Guimaras, so despite being a separate island it sits inside the capital's economic orbit.
