Real estate in Capiz, Western Visayas

Capiz occupies the north-eastern part of Panay, facing the Sibuyan Sea. It is known across the country for its seafood and for the translucent capiz shell — used in traditional Philippine window panels — which takes its name from the province. Roxas City is its capital.
